Everything you need to know before ordering your artwork.
Each artwork is handmade after your order is placed. Allow 7 to 10 business days for production before shipping, depending on current order volume.
1. You choose your format and send us your first photos.
2. Our artists create your piece (painted-effect print, premium frame).
3. You receive your artwork, and keep access to your personal space to add photos, videos and music whenever you like.
4. Simply hold your phone near the frame: your private gallery opens instantly.
A painting-effect print made from your photos, set in a premium frame. Three formats available:
Format M — 30 × 40 cm
Format XL — 50 × 67 cm
Format XXL — 90 × 120 cm
Photos: JPG, PNG, HEIC — 20 MB maximum per file. No minimum resolution, but the sharper the photo, the better the result. Videos: MP4, MOV — 80 MB maximum, 90 seconds maximum. Music: MP3, WAV, M4A — 10 MB maximum.
The photos used to make the artwork can no longer be modified once the order has been paid. However, you can freely add photos, videos and music to your personal gallery at any time from your space, both before and after receiving your artwork.
Contact us by email at artperience.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue. We will ask you to send the artwork back to us, and we will ship you a brand new, identical replacement.
For now, we only deliver to the European countries offered at checkout. Delivery outside Europe is not yet available.
Yes. Payment is fully secured via Stripe, one of the world's leading online payment providers. Credit card, Klarna and Apple Pay are accepted.
